Below&Above is a family-owned estate in Western Australia's Southern Forests, producing estate-grown Tuber melanosporum black winter truffles and small-batch cool-climate wines.

## About

Below&Above operates two neighbouring properties in Western Australia:
- Truffiere at Smithbrook (near Manjimup) - one of Australia's largest single-site black truffle orchards, spanning 50 hectares with over 17,000 trees
- Vineyard at Eastbrook (Pemberton) - 34 hectares producing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot under winemaker Bruce Dukes

Below&Above is Australia's only ISO 22000-certified truffle producer. The estate uses regenerative farming methods with no pesticides or synthetic chemicals.
