Our truffière in Smithbrook, near Manjimup, is planted with specially inoculated oak and hazelnut trees and managed using regenerative farming practices. We focus on long-term soil health, biodiversity, and responsible stewardship to ensure consistent production of premium black winter truffles year after year.

Truffles for International Supply
Fresh Black Winter Truffles (Seasonal)
Our fresh Tuber melanosporum black winter truffles are harvested between June and August at peak maturity and prepared for international export within 24 hours of harvest.
Each truffle is carefully cleaned, graded to UNECE standards, and packed to preserve its natural aroma, texture, and flavour.
