DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

Below&Above partners with Australia Post and other reputable courier services to deliver our products with care.

Deliveries are dispatched promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 business days but may vary depending on the location and courier. Below&Above is not liable for goods damaged in transit or not received. For any issues regarding lost or damaged orders, we recommend contacting Australia Post or the courier directly. We will provide assistance in the investigation wherever possible.

Replacement of damaged or lost goods is at the discretion of Below&Above.

We use Australia Post for all of our Australian orders. We endeavour to have wine orders packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.

We offer $20 delivery for  six pack orders and free delivery for case orders
