2021 Pinot Noir

Ruby red in color with high transparency and crimson highlights. The nose offers a sophisticated perfume – the higher proportion of the 114 clone sees red fruit and spicy complexity and the Martini clone contributing subtle notes of forest floor, crushed autumn leaves, and mushroom. (a black cherry and wild strawberry from the 115 clone intertwine with the more earthy, structural elements of clone 667. Fresh raspberry and violet florals emerge from the 777 contribution, while Clone 114 adds elegant red fruit and spice complexity.

On the palate, this harmonious blend reveals layers of concentrated black and red fruits -  cherry, raspberry and blackberry - framed by fine-grained tannins that provide excellent structure without astringency. A silky texture with a mid-palate revealin savory nuances with an earthiness and depth from the multiple clones.

The finish is persistent and refined, with subtle minerality, integrated French oak spice our house trademark, and lingering red fruit essence. This 2021 blend showcases the complementary strengths of each clone, resulting in a Pinot Noir of complexity, balance, and age-worthiness. Enjoy now through the next decade
