Thanks to cryo-drying technology, our truffles retain their umami-rich flavour while extending shelf life, offering an intense, concentrated taste. Each 5g of cryo-dried truffle is same as 25g of fresh Tuber melanosporum truffles, grown on our property in Smithbrook.
